This project involved completely modernising, upgrading and revitalising a relatively small semi-detached brick built four bedroom house constructed circa 1990 which had become rundown after several years of neglect before becoming empty for a period of time.

This included the complete replacement of the kitchen and two bathrooms together with downstairs washroom with more stylish designs and fittings. The property was redecorated and revamped both internally and externally, re-carpeted and upgrades made to the central heating and electric systems with partial re-wiring and new fittings throughout.
The enclosed garden to the rear was re-landscaped with new lawn, borders and patio areas as a practical family area.
This slightly tired and run down property was quickly transformed on reasonable budget back into a practical, comfortable and smart family home with an ‘as new ‘ look and feel.
